UWP .NET 9 Support

Hi,

Is there any plan to support UWP under modern .NET? I need it to upgrade my app to .NET 9 and have to resort to building it from source right now. I think I could make a PR about it, but it would imply adding a new project in the solution, as one cannot multi-target between UAP10 and .NET/UWP. I'd need some guidance to follow there.
