Apologies for the delay in response; NVIC and SysTick registers were made available in the IO Registers view starting with FSP v3.0.0.

ADSYCR register dereference structure error

The ADSYCR mapping issue (FSPRA-2494) will be resolved in RA FSP v5.2.0.
