Keyboard shortcut for German keyboard

In the German keyboard the question mark and the call sign can only be reached with shift ß and shift 1. This is a problem. It would be desirable to be able to define the keyboard shortcuts myself.

@Hariko50 You should be able to do so by changing the *.sublime-keymap files.
