indent nested headings

At the moment it looks like this

I think you could grasp the structure of your notes much quicker if it looked like this

# h1
asdf asdf asdf 
asdf asdf asdf

## h2
  asdf asdf asdf
  asdf asdf asdf

Maybe it's not clear what I mean: the indent should be applied automatically to the presentation of the buffer, not the underlying text itself so that the text can still be changed without messing with the formatting. I don't know if this is possible with sublime. I have seen this in the manual for emacs org-mode under the name org-indent-mode - but emacs is probably too complicated for me.

sublime-zk is the only markdown-package I use in sl.

I got what you meant immediately 😀.

Same as with #72: I must check if sublimetext supports indentation like this because I don't want to change the text, just the visual representation, as you suggested.
