Respect all meta data from gossip

Currently the following things are being ignored when adding edges to the min cost flow solver and when dissecting the result into paths:

  • max htlc that is possible per channel
  • min_htlc_size and max_htlc_size
  • channel_reserves

In practice such things do matter so maybe on wishes to include them sooner than later?
