How to use in WSL2 Debian

I've setup my WSL2 Debian 11 instance from Windows Store with a blank user $HOME, what's the best way to get started using your dotfiles? Is it as simple as bootstrapping chezmoi?

Any special instructions for how to use this in Windows?

How should this be setup for a typical Windows PowerShell Core (7.2+) user with OneDrive as the sync tool?
