@jeaye Would it be an acceptable work-around to install a previous version of nixos (e.g. 15.09) where installation still works? Updating nixos once it is installed seems to be easy....

I really have the feeling that his adds a lot of difficult to understand syntax to a language that is otherwise pretty easy to read for both experts and newcomers...

@ayush1999 What do you mean by "verilog backend"? I only know "verilog" as the [hardware description language](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Verilog), but I don't think that is what you are referring to in this...

There is now also https://github.com/rened/QuickShiftClustering.jl. Shall it live in a separate package or shall I work on a PR to include it here?

Then let's keep it separated for now I would propose. We can always revisit this when the future for Clustering.jl is more clear.

it seems the travis error is just a config error, it is not cause by the code in this PR
