Fixing ATOI function and GRUB2 Crashing

Found an issue while running make command in Echo directory.

Issue was solved by changing the Atoi function

After the Solving error of Crashing, came up with some new issue regarding multiboot.h, which states that the kernel is not found (Please refer to the following SS)
