Publish on Hex?

Hi! Would you consider publishing Wormhole on Hex (https://hex.pm)?

I built a caching library that uses Wormhole (https://github.com/odo/coop_cache) and like to publish it but all dependencies need to be on Hex as well. If publishing yourself is not an option I could publish a fork but I first wanted to check with the original authors.
