PEP8 fixes

A few PEP8 fixes. Also add flake8 linter check to CI.

This looks great :)

Surprisingly though, PEP8 fails for 2 out of the 7 tests (https://travis-ci.org/github/renatopp/liac-arff). Do you know what's going on there?
