Replacing Mastodon handles with a link to the users profile when crossposting to Twitter

To redirect more traffic to Mastodon it would be nice to replace the current e-mail like handle with a clickable link in tweets. So Twitter users get directly an idea of it.

I have to double check Twitter automation rules regarding this one, since we had issues before with links being detected as spam in Twitter (and having crossposter credentials suspended).

If it's okay by automation rules I would implement this as an advanced option, would that be okay for you?
