what are these variables exactly?

Hi everyone,

I have followed all the steps but cannot get the bot working. I have 2 doubts.

  1. what is MATTERMOST_ENDPOINT ?? would the value be /hubot/incoming for everyone?
  2. For outgoing webhooks what is the callback URLS?
