  • This PR adds blocknative's mainnet relay to the mev-boost cli example.

I moved all the relays in a separate page on https://github.com/remyroy/ethstaker/blob/main/MEV-relays-list.md . I added your relay in there. Is there some note I should add? Is your relay ethical, censoring, trying to maximize profit?
