2ch soundpack can't be downloaded & Google Drive link is dead

Describe the bug When you try to install the 2ch soundpack, it says it can't download directly. The Google Drive link it gives you is dead as well, i get a 404 error.

It should be removed or corrected. Thank you

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to soundpack
2. Click on 2Ch
3. Try to install it
4. See error

Expected behavior An easy install.
