Launcher fails to start the game, blames a disabled antivirus

Describe the bug Launcher wont launch the game, requieres escalation and blames an antivirus that is turned off

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Launcher
  2. Install game (Either stable or experimental)
  3. Launch
  4. Get error

Expected behavior I expected the launcher to open my game

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Version 21H1

Additional context Launcher and game files are both excluded from windows defender, after that didnt work out, i disabled Windows Defender, problem still persists, it started after restarting the PC, yesterday there was no problem and the only thing i did was updating the launcher

Check the directory where you installed the launcher, and did you select 'for everyone' when installing? You can try install Launcher in somewhere else you have complete previleges(e.g. your %USERPROFILE% ) image
