Bug: Multiple manual backups with almost identical name except for number at the end, does not get saved with correct name.

Describe the bug When having multiple identical manual backup name except for a trailing number the number at the end gets changed to act as a counter and the original number value is ignored, resulting in a different name than the one written.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Backup' tab of the launcher.
  2. Write manual backup name as: "before_update_from_11396".
  3. Click on 'Backup current saves'.
  4. Observe correct name saved.
  5. Change manual backup name as: "before_update_from_11399".
  6. Click on 'Backup current saves'.
  7. Observe incorrect name saved. The save is named as: "before_update_from_11397".

Expected behavior The save backup original name should not be changed, duplicate resolution should be suffixed to the original name.
