Import Copy in offset bug

Hi, when selecting 'Copy in' the imported image is offset by 4 pixels to the left and and up What happens, within Import I drag and drop a png tileset and move the image so that the tile I want is lined up with the white box. I select 'Copy in' and the image appears in the sprite window on the left but is offset 4 pixels up and 4 pixels across from what is positioned over the white box. I expected the tile would be a copy of the image positioned over the white box. Screenshot shows what I mean
