errors on import localizations

Open FJ58000 opened this issue 6 years ago • 1 comments

with Xcode 9.2, I export an xliff, and after translation by translater, I reimport localizations. Many errors, because we have sources not translated and targets without source ! Opening the xml, I can see the ... after ... and on the same line. Then I watch the file exported by Xcode, it has no field . I have an hypothesis : before Xcode 9.2 perhaps the cliff was with a field empty ans now it is necessary to create it ? Cliff-tool does that but not how Xcode expect and is not able to import ? Perhaps ?

@FJ58000 you do export an xliff file with Xcode 9.2, right? Then the translator uses XLIFFTool to translate the file? Is my assumption correct? Could you provide a sample, e.g. the original xliff file and the translated one so I can reproduce it? Thanks!
