Rebase on latest cordova camera plugin version

Hi @remoorejr,

I tried rebase your code on top of the latest Cordova Camera plugin version, but unfortunately didn't succeeded. Is it possible for you to do this? This will fix all issues regarding the behaviour of the images etc.
