With this update, mss_dtu13 can disappear. See commit ba91072
geoid_xgm2016 has now been added to CS2 cycles 4-102, thus covering all of the mission.
Note that this will require rerunning FES2014 for all missions.
Note: the fes library 2.9.0 has been installed since 7 May 2018
