favicon support

Is it possible to add a favicon to the feed? If so, how?

It's currently not possible. If you know a little Python, it should be easy to add, though:

  • Add an icon option to the list of options (like title)
  • Pass it to MessageFeed, and make it add an icon element (also like title, see set_title)

I would take a PR for it.
