The GitHub Deployments component would work better as a GitHub integration: https://developer.github.com/changes/2016-09-14-Integrations-Early-Access/

Primary advantages:

  1. Webhook only needs to be setup on the integration, then the integration can just be enabled on the repo.
  2. Integrations can create deployment statuses as the integration itself, rather than needing to oauth users, or using a per user access key.
