Add option to display record timestamps when streaming logs

Each record has an http://docs.aws.amazon.com/kinesis/latest/APIReference/API_Record.html#Streams-Type-Record-ApproximateArrivalTimestamp which could be useful to display now that we let you go back in time to view logs
