Search for and rename multiple versions of an album

I must be missing something. I would like to keep multiple release versions of an Album - like "Original Album Release", "Original Album Release - Germany", "Original Album Release - Japan", "Original Album - Remastered" or "Original Album - Deluxe Multidisk Version", etc. ... is there anyway to select more than one "release" in the Album view? I can only see how to select one at a time...
