[Feature Request] rTorrent / ruTorrent support

This would be AMAZING!

works if you use BlackHole configuration and handle that directory in your .rtorrent.rc

Flexget is a Python project to and its supports rTorrent client : https://github.com/Flexget/Flexget/blob/develop/flexget/plugins/clients/rtorrent.py. Can be helpfull.

Took a stab at this with #3138. "Works for me", but someone with more knowledge about the Headphones codebase should take a look at it before integration.
