Not for the plugin itself, but there's documentation on formats for the timepicker here: http://trentrichardson.com/examples/timepicker/#tp-formatting And for the datepicker here: http://api.jqueryui.com/datepicker/#utility-formatDate

For the shortcodes, just use the generator, you can figure out what does what by looking at the options here (not all of them are supported, as far as I remember): http://trentrichardson.com/examples/timepicker/#tp-options
