We should include the project licence once decided into the project

Didn't notice this issue earlier. Already have included MIT license. But, let's discuss what's for best and so we can change if needs.

I personally prefer if we were licensed Apache v2 as it is more open source friendly than MIT when it comes to protecting IP. However it all depends on how restricted we want the source to be I guess.

One other factor to consider is how compatible would the licenses of third party modules we use (including the JS and PHP libraries) be with the license we are going to decide. In that case, GPL versions are not going to help much, and we would be pressed to look for GPL compatible alternatives of some libraries we'd otherwise use. I've experienced that Apache (and probably MIT) licensing suits that requirement better than GPL.
