Link can be something like this; https://github.com/reliefsupports/reliefsupports.org/blob/master/CONTRIBUTE.md

OR A HOW TO CONTRIBUTE page on the website and can put the contribute link there.

I suggest just putting an icon of Github would be enough because some non-dev users might get confused with the term.
