@Paul-Saves, @anfelopera, Is it a general recommendation: prefer Cobyla optimizer when evaluating noise or should we warn or even prevent such options combination `eval_noise=True` and `hyper_opt="TNC"`?

@anfelopera No rush on my side. Suffice to know we will address the issue. I linked this to SMT 1.0 but in 1.0.1 it will be fine as well.

Actually, as far as I know, we have no experience for such use, so maybe you will tell us... :eyes:

It seems to be related to your installation. When I google your error message, I get [this](https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/254380/why-am-i-getting-an-invalid-active-developer-path-when-attempting-to-use-git-a). Hope this helps.

Notice you can also try to use conda as [SMT is available for MacOS on conda forge](https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/smt). I am not a MacOS user so difficult for me to help you...

Hi, sorry for the late answer. I can't reproduce the results of the paper with the latest version either. As you may have guessed it is not a high priority...

Hi, thanks for the kind word. You're right the surrogate is related to this [paper](https://www.researchgate.net/profile/John_Hwang2/publication/322869949_A_fast-prediction_surrogate_model_for_large_datasets/links/5a737e03aca2720bc0dbc41f/A-fast-prediction-surrogate-model-for-large-datasets.pdf) (link broken in the doc) and well... as far as I am concerned I am...

I suppose you meant 3000 rows with 6 or 7 columns as number of rows should be the same for inputs and outputs. You can try to remove some training...

Hi, thank you for your interest. As for now, SMT EGO does not handle multi objectives nor constraints but mixed integer handling has been added recently. There is no plotting...

You will find some answers in the [paper](https://arxiv.org/pdf/1708.02663.pdf) (the link is broken in the SMT documentation).
