Using jenkins-withdocker on Windows Server 2016

I am very interested in using this image with a windows server 2016 docker instance. Is that possible? I currently have my jenkins instance running as a container on the docker host and I am following this article https://getintodevops.com/blog/building-your-first-docker-image-with-jenkins-2-guide-for-developers. I want to use this image instead of the base jenkins image. Just curious if the article instructions will work with docker on windows. Thanks for your time!
