Please support creating filesystems with a badblocks list file.

Like most filesystems, Exfat has a feature to exclude non working physical blocks from being used by the fileystem driver. But you have to buy Windows in order to use chkdsk /R for writing the invalid list in the format Exfat expects to use. Please allows to create filesystems and filling badblocks through a badblock list created by the badblocks command.
