Updated twitchpl, set ListenAndServe to 'localhost'

  • Updated twitchpl to v0.5.0, by default it doesn't show ads (commercial breaks) anymore.
  • Set ListenAndServe to localhost for a security reason, its especially important when the node has public IP.
