Effects doesn't start when scrolling in Mobile Safari

Open any effect on iPhone's Mobile Safary and try to scroll, nothing happens.

I fixed this issue by using TouchSwipe.

If the swipe direction is up, then trigger the trigger button as if it were clicked, allowing the scroll to take place.
