TYPO3 7.6 compatility

There are some issues after updating from TYPO3 6.2 with formhandler 2.0.2 to TYPO3 7.6 and formhandler 2.4:

  • plugin changed from list_type to CType: added update script to change CType from list to formhandler_pi1
  • selector for predefined forms is empty, because the flexform api changed

These commits fix these issues.
