Subtract nozzle length from propellant length

All casings I've seen have the nozzle in the casing, so making the nozzle longer would reduce the length of the propellant, if you want to optimize for maximum impulse you'll need find a balance between an efficient nozzle and propellant length. Currently in open motor there's, as far as I know, no way to check how long the nozzle is, never mind automatically subtract from the propellant length.

There should be a feature where the nozzle length automatically subtracts the propellant length.
