Dynamic Timestep

At startup and shutdown the solution to the pressure transients is very stiff. It would be computationally intensive to compute the entire motor at the very small time steps necessary to accurately capture this behavior. We should discuss and implement a dynamic timestep that responds to the simulation needs.
