Regolith 3: Installing `dunst` is removing the `regolith-session-sway`

Describe the bug
Installing dunst removes regolith-session-sway in Regolith 3. dunst, a notification manager, shouldn't be conflicting with the session manager.
To Reproduce

Installation Details

- Regolith Version: 3
- Host OS (for PPA): Ubuntu 20.04.03
same issue - running sudo apt install dunst results in

I would just like a way to get a different notification manager, but I can't see how at the moment.
Ken mentioned this issue has been resolved with https://github.com/regolith-linux/regolith-desktop/issues/952#issuecomment-1819454754. I haven't tested it yet.
