Change keyboard layout on the lock screen

Describe the bug The input language (keyboard layout) does not switch on the lock screen (super + alt + backspace).

To Reproduce Got to lock screen: press super + Esc keys.

Expected behavior Change keyboard layout from eng to rus on the lock screen by pressing super + alt + backspace keys.

Installation Details

• Regolith Install Type: [ISO]
• Regolith Version: [1.6]

Additional context There are two ways to switch the input language (which is very inconvenient):

1. Click on the language icon;
2. Using the TAB key, go to the language icon and press the spacebar, then return to the password entry field by pressing Shift + TAB.

Hmm, this is an upstream component (gnome-flashback) and there is not a lot that we can do here. I'll leave the issue open in case someone has some ideas.
