regolith sway: suspend after inactivity despite system settings

Describe the bug After switching to Regolith on Sway, my workstation now goes to suspend mode after periods of inactivity. Both the "Settings" and "Regolith Settings" show that the machine should never suspend due to inactivity, but this is happening anyway. I'm sure there's some stale settings file somewhere giving Regolith bad ideas, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out where it is.
To Reproduce Might not actually repro
Expected behavior "never suspend" settings should be honored
Configuration file(s) I'm not sure what would be appropriate to add here. I do as little customization as possible
Installation Details
- Regolith Install Stage: stable 3.2
- Regolith Version: 3.2
- Host OS: Ubuntu 22.04
I'm pretty handy with Linux but just not very familiar with this kind of system configuration under wayland. Happy to help work together on this, but just don't know where to start.
I've been having the same problem since I switched to Sway. Is there a workaround?
It seems that removing regolith-powerd prevents it from going into suspend mode.
@zashboy and anyone else who comes across this, I did find a workaround.
Install dconf-editor and then use it to edit the values at org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power as you see fit.
For what it's worth, even though I'm on a desktop still had to set the value of sleep-inactive-battery-timeout (normally for laptops) under org.gnome-settings-daemon-plugins.power to stop it from suspending.
The sleep-inactive-ac-timeout which should be the one for desktops, just didn't have any effect.
