`ilia -p windows' not show window in scratch for wayland

Environment

• Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
• Wayland
• regolith-desktop 3.0 + sway

How to reproduce:

• Use wayland
• move a window to scratch
• Run ilia -p windows
• In ilia windows page, not found the window that was moved to scratch

Expected behavior

• The window moved to scratch should be listed in ilia windows page

The reason here is, sway use "floatting_con" instead of "con" as the type of scratch window
