dont filter out ItemGroupTypeId

The field ItemGroupTypeId is useful for things like url strings etc as itemtypeid is ItemGroupTypeId+@+enchantmentlevel

I can't find this in the code. To me it seems that the ItemGroupTypeId is in there when it gets sent to nats
