needs use lib '/usr/lib64/nagios/plugins'; to work

I am using your script on centos 7 to monitoring nginx, but I needed to edit the script with "use lib '/usr/lib64/nagios/plugins';"

This happened because the script cannot load /usr/lib64/nagios/plugins/utils.pm
