Summary

If another app chain wants to import the data module, the data module should be configurable so that the IRI prefix and version can be set by the app chain. I created a pull request that demonstrates what this might look like (#1699).

Problem Definition

Another app chain that wants to import and make use of the data module is unable to provide a custom prefix or specify the version of the IRI that they want to use (only one version is available at this time).

Proposal

Add configuration options for data module to support custom IRI prefix and version.
