Perhaps you could have separate methods for getting the sms gateway, the mms gateway, or both?

If so I think I'd like to ditch my current methodology for https://github.com/coolaj86/node-tel-carrier, add yours as a dependency, and submit patches to you as I have my lists updated.

I'm down with that. I want to maintain backwards compatibility, so just tack the methods onto the exported method. I went ahead and added you as a repo collab, so you can commit, but still go through pull requests for anything other than updating lists.
