[Feature Request]: Support for New OpenAI Models (e.g. GPT-3.5-turbo-0125)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. the problem arises when attempting to utilize the GPT-3.5-turbo-1106(or later) model within the current version of our application, stating that this particular model is neither listed in the available models nor in the pricing list, making it inaccessible for use.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like the platform to include support for the new OpenAI models, specifically the GPT-3.5-turbo-0125. It's just a simple modification of openai.py
