Add support for multi-node jobs in the `ssh` scheduler

The ssh scheduler should "reserve" the amount of nodes requested by the job and it should make the list of reserved hosts available in the job's nodelist. We should also provide a version of mpirun/mpiexec that uses a hostlist.
