Change defaults for system autodetection method

The current defaults do not represent the most common case and we should consider changing them in 4.0. More specifically,

RFM_AUTODETECT_FQDN and RFM_AUTODETECT_XTHOSTNAME should default to zero as they account for system-specific behaviour.
