reflex and reflex-dom is not searchable on https://hoogle.haskell.org

@wizzup Do you have any insight into why this might be? I'm not sure where hoogle gets its package list, but we could certainly set up something to push our info there if there's a way to do that.

By default hoogle only searches Stackage. You can add +reflex to a Hoogle search and it will recognize the package but won't search it with a note "Not on Stackage, so not searched."

In other words, if we submitted reflex to stackage it would address this.

@3noch Ah, well, submitting to stackage sounds reasonable enough, although it's kind of lame that hoogle requires that.
