hspec-webdriver source link is dead

Related to https://github.com/obsidiansystems/obelisk/issues/797

The link to the hspec-webdriver override is dead because mercurial repos are no longer supported. I can't find any other mirror of the 1.2.1 version so it's not that trivial to fix the link.

Perhaps the best thing is if someone could find the source in their nix store and upload it to a mirror?

Fixed it in some convoluted way with #687 I’ll switch the PR to using your repo @dfordivam

EDIT: switch is done, compiled fine on my laptop and I could run the example programs.
