Hot reload not working for me
Describe the bug Hot reload not working when making changes to the Dashboard Template pages.
To Reproduce I am running in windows using WSL with ubuntu linux. I just did initialized a brand new reflex application using the dashboard template. Everything runs fine. But when I tried making a change to the About page, it does not hot reload. I noticed about 20 or so seconds after I make the change the debug output says it's compiling but it doesn't say it's compiling the about page specifically. And nothing happens.. When I close the server and restart, it does pick up the changes.

- N/A didn't set up a repo. I just used the dashboard template and made nothing but text changes.
Expected behavior I expected the page to be recompiled automatically shortly after making the change, and the changes reflected in the browser.
